Software License Agreement

This agreement is between you and Elefair International Inc. for Elefair Turbo Importer and other Elefair software (“the Software”). Installing or using the Software means you accept it.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for your business, for the edition, number of users or stores and term shown on your purchase. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Editions

Features depend on your plan (for example Shopify or Shopify + eBay). eBay features require the Shopify + eBay plan.

Elefair Studio Desktop (Windows and Mac): each licence key works on 2 computers at the same time; deactivate one in the app to move the licence. Desktop Lifetime includes every 7.x update and one year of email support. Desktop Yearly includes every update and support while the year you paid for is active. Studio Complete adds one year of Studio Online Pro, which ends by itself.

3. Restrictions

  • Don't share, resell, rent or sublicense your license key unless your plan allows it.
  • Don't copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the Software, except where the law allows it.
  • Don't remove copyright or license notices.

4. Connected services

The Software connects to platforms you choose (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Meta, Google). You must have the right to use those accounts and follow their terms.

5. Updates and support

Updates and email support are included for the period stated on your purchase. Updates may add, change or remove features.

6. Ownership

The Software, its design and documentation belong to Elefair International Inc. and its licensors.

7. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our liability is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Termination

This license ends automatically if you break it. On termination, stop using the Software and uninstall it.

9. Governing law

State of New York, USA.
